How much does a Himalayan Salt Lamp weigh?
All approximate weights, heights and dimensions are listed in the product details of each product. Simply click on the product image or title to view this information.

What is the difference between a Salt Lamp with a marble base and one with a wooden base?
Aside from aesthetics the only other difference is a slight increase in weight.

Can I order a product that isn't listed on your website?
We only sell products listed on the website.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay with VISA, Mastercard or AMEX using our secure server, or via PayPal using PayPal's secure server. You may also choose to make a Credit Card payment via PayPal without creating a PayPal account.

Can I pay with credit card over the phone?
Unfortunately for security reasons we currently only accept orders via our online shopping cart.

Where is your nearest store?
We are currently an online only store, based in Mullumbimby near Byron Bay NSW.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies depending on the total weight of your order. For an exact quote, please use our handy shipping estimator in your shopping cart prior to checkout.

How do I know how much my order weighs?
Simply add everything to your cart and press the cart button at the top of the website. Your Shopping Cart will automatically calculate your shipping total if you use our new estimate feature.

Who do you use to ship your orders?
All of our orders are shipped with Australia Post using eParcel. All orders are tracked and must be signed for on delivery. Since our humble beginnings we have shipped thousands of orders and we are yet to misplace an order with Australia Post.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow 1 business day for us to pack you order and then 2-3 business days for it to be delivered. The majority of our orders arrive within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. For orders in WA, SA, NT and Far North Queensland please allow a few extra days for delivery.

Is my order insured?
Your order is insured only if you choose the insured option at checkout. Please note any missing or damaged orders will not be covered unless insurance has been selected at checkout.

I've entered the incorrect shipping address, what can I do?
Original Salt Lamps cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses entered. Please ensure the details on your confirmation order email are correct at time of purchase. Any chargebacks from Australia Post for return to sender fees will be debited against the customers refund.

Refunds & Returns

I no longer want my order, what should I do?
If you order has already shipped you will need to arrange return postage to us. If you order has not yet shipped we can assist with processing a refund.

My order or part of my order is faulty, what should I do?
Please email us immediately and we will assist you as best we can, replacing any faulty items where possible.
